The Profound Health Benefits of Pine Pollen

A lot of the enthusiasm pertaining to the benefits of pine pollen exists because of the fact that pine pollen is packed with phytoandrogens.

Phytoandrogens are substances which are produced in plants that have similar effects to testosterone as they show comparable results to the use of synthetic or prescription hormones.

Not only is pine pollen a nutrient rich superfood, but it also contains an incredibly high level of plant hormones which are quite similar to male hormones.  Brassinosteroids, which are plant hormones, include androgens such as androstenedione and testosterone that play vitally important roles in the health and vitality of both men and women.

Brassinosteroids are found in germinating seeds and young vegetative tissues.  Other popular superfoods such as germinated broccoli seed, wheat-grass and various types of sprouts contain these important plant hormones.

First discovered in the pollen from Brassica Napus (rapeseed), experts found the highest concentrations of brassinosteroids in various types of plant pollen with some of the highest occurring in pine pollen.

Pine Pollen also contains five other important plant hormones that all contribute to vitally important physiological functions in human cells.  These other five hormones are auxinsabscisic acidcytokininsgibberellins and ethylene.

All of these compounds have vitally important health benefits such as being antiviralanti-canceranabolicstem cell activation, immune response activation and anti-aging effects.
